This dim area stinks of decayed flesh, and you hear low noises. You come to a large room with a staircase in the center, leading upward. Your eyes momentarily water as you step into the room. When your eyes adjust, you see madness.
Two gore-spattered, degenerate dwarves are hunched over a gasping, vivisected humanoid, feasting. The humanoid quivers in its death throes. The dwarves look up at your entrance, and emerge from red pools and clumps.
You may talk to them (003), or attack with initiative (014).
